Der Witz wird ja geleistet, dass nach rund 45 Jahren noch heute häufig unser Center umkreist und die Gegend verunsichert wird, wie im Wald rundum Leute in die Bäume abgeseilt werden. Und dass vor 2 Wochen auf dem Platz vor dem Freihof in Schmidrüti stundenlang Spionage ‹geschoben› wurde, als das Mexikoteam für Film- und Tonaufnahmen hier im Center war, das war mehr als nur lächerlich. Unfortunately, because of those incompetents in the Bern government… This is absolutely certain if Bern continues to muddle along in this wrong way and everything good about Switzerland is demonised and betrayed. This is also due in no small part to the fact that America and the EU dictatorship continue to be courted, and above all that the correct and responsible persons are not in government, persons who know how things really should be done politically. The following article shows what is happening here in Switzerland as a result of incompetent government officials, stating that Switzerland's neutrality is once again being ruined, and that this is coming from the highest echelons of government, the Federal Council:	Hoppla, das alles wirft etwas Neues auf, worüber es nachzudenken gilt, wobei aber wohl die Regierenden von Deutschland und 50 anderen Ländern nicht fähig sind, wie es schon von Anfang an war, als der Krieg begonnen wurde, der bereits nach rund 14 Tagen beendet worden wäre, wenn die Idioten nicht gewesen wären, die von Anfang an Waffen usw. lieferten – und noch weiter liefern. Der Krieg aber tobt nun seit langer Zeit, und auf beiden der kriegsführenden Seiten fordert er ständig viele Tote, was aber den Waffenlieferern und Selenskybefürwortern und Russlandhassern völlig egal ist, denn sie sind weit vom Geschütz weg, dass sie – vorderhand – nicht von einer Kugel getroffen werden. Doch dass der Krieg weitergeführt wird, an dem eigentlich nur Amerika mit seiner NATO-Mörderorganisation Schuld trägt, wie auch jene, welche die Waffen usw. an die Ukraine resp. an Selensky liefern, wie auch die sonstigen Selenskybefürworter, das können alle jene nicht schnallen, die wirklich die Idioten der Welt sind. Sie wissen auch nicht, dass geheimerweise schon lange fremdländisches Militär in der Ukraine gegen die Russen kämpft, was aber in nächster Zeit offiziell werden, wie auch die Schweiz sich wieder einmischen wird, und zwar indem sie Gelder ausgeben will für Minenräumaktionen in der Ukraine, folglich ein neuerlicher Neutralitätsbruch ansteht. Wenn aber weiterhin von Bern in dieser Weise wie auch anderweitig in falscher Weise politisch agiert wird, das steht bereits jetzt schon absolut fest, dass das Land nicht nochmals so alt werden wird, wie es bisher seit 1291 geworden ist. Als zu dieser Zeit der Bundesbrief entstand – der sich anfangs August 1291 als ältestes Verfassungsdokument der Schweiz ergab, worin sich die innerschweizerischen Talgemeinschaften Uri, Schwyz und Nidwalden gegenseitige Hilfe zusicherten gegen alle, die ihnen Gewalt oder Unrecht antun wollten –, waren es noch richtige und auch standhafte Schweizer, die sich als Sicherheitsbund für das Land zusammenschlossen. Dies im Gegensatz dazu, dass ganz offensichtlich gewisse Elemente der Schweizerregierung nur noch absolut Regierungsunfähige sind und als solche nichts und in keiner Art und Weise etwas taugen. Effectiv verfechten welche ihre Schweizfeindlichkeit, um das Land an fremde Mächte zu verschachern, und zwar allen voran an die EU-Diktatur und die Mörder-Organisation NATO, die eigentlich und wahrheitlich Amerikas Mörderarmee verkörpert, mit der die amerikanischen Hegemoniegelüste befriedigt werden. Effectiv ist es heutzutage Tatsache, dass sich die Schweizer – Frau wie Mann – zu schämen haben, noch die Schweizerbürgerschaft zu besitzen, denn was von gewissen Regierenden in Bern politisch selbstherrlich betrieben wird, hat in keiner Weise mehr etwas mit Freiheit und Frieden zu tun, sondern mehr und mehr mit Sklaverei und Zwang, wie zu Vogtes Zeiten. Dies nebst dem, dass verräterische Regierungsmitglieder bezüglich eines Zusammenschlusses mit fremden Mächten liebäugeln, wobei dann einer Volksabstimmung vorausgehend die unbedarfte Bevölkerung mit Falschinformationen dazu gebracht wird, dem Landesverräterischen oder sonst zur Wahl Stehenden zuzustimmen. Das jedoch hat nichts mit schweizerischer Freiheit zu tun, sondern es entspricht einer gemeinen und miesen und auf das Schweizervolk ausgerichteten Indoktrination, das, parteiisch getrimmt, dann den Falschinformationen Glauben schenkt und demgemäss unbedacht dem Propagierten zustimmt. Dass aber damit etwas nicht nach dem Willen des Volkes abgestimmt wird, sondern gemäss dem indoktrinierenden Einfluss der dem Ganzen entsprechenden Partei, das dürfte wohl klar sein, was aber infolge der Unbedarftheit des Volkes von diesem nicht erkannt wird. Das aber machen sich diejenigen dumm-dämlichen neutralitätsverräterischen Regierungselemente in ihrer Machtgier zunutze, folglich sie durchweg landesverräterisch werkeln und sozusagen Benzin ins lodernde Feuer giessen können. Doch auf diese Weise bringen es jene Fehlbaren und untauglichen Regierenden zustande – welche nichts anderes als eine grosse Schnauze haben, sich in ihren Posten sonnen und unverdient horrende Entlohnungen kassieren, und zudem sich von den Dumm-Dämlichen und schmählich Gleichgesinnten des Volkes anhimmeln lassen –, dass auch vielen des Volkes alles am guten und richtigen Verantwortungsdenken für die Schweiz sowie alle Logik, der Verstand und die Vernunft soweit abgeht, dass die Zukunft der freien Schweiz in Frage gestellt wird. Durch jene Untauglichen der Berner-Regierung wird leider … Dies steht absolut fest, wenn weiterhin in dieser falschen Weise in Bern gewurstelt und alles Gute der Schweiz verteufelt und verraten wird. Dies, wobei auch das eine wichtige Rolle spielt, dass mit Amerika und der EU-Diktatur weiterhin geliebäugelt wird, wie auch vor allem, dass nicht die richtigen und verantwortungsbewussten Personen in der Regierung sind, die wissen, wie es politisch wirklich des Rechtens langgehen muss. Was sich hier in der Schweiz wieder durch untaugliche Regierungsbeamte ergibt, das zeigt folgender Artikel, der besagt, dass bereits wieder die Neutralität der Schweiz zur Sau gemacht wird, und zwar aus dem obersten Reigen der Regierung, des Bundesrates heraus:

Switzerland's neutrality is centuries old and has spared Switzerland from several wars. And because Swiss neutrality has also been recognised and appreciated internationally, Switzerland has often also been able to contribute to peace as a welcome mediator in international conflicts. The Swiss Defence Minister Viola Amherd, however, simply does not give a damn. She propagates and promotes close cooperation with NATO. Without asking the people's opinion!	Die Neutralität der Schweiz ist Jahrhunderte alt und hat die Schweiz von mehreren Kriegen verschont. Und weil die Schweizer Neutralität auch international anerkannt und geschätzt wurde, hat die Schweiz bei internationalen Konflikten schon oft auch als willkommene Vermittlerin einen Beitrag zum Frieden leisten können. Der Schweizer Verteidigungsministerin Viola Amherd allerdings geht das alles – man verzeihe den Ausdruck – einfach ‹am Arsch vorbei›. Sie propagiert und fördert eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der NATO. Ohne des Volkes Meinung dazu einzuholen!

An honest politician?	Eine ehrliche Politikerin?
One may doubt. The federal decision of the two chambers of the Swiss parliament on 20 December 2019 to approve a budget of 6 billion Swiss francs for the purchase of new fighter jets for the Swiss Armed Forces was successfully challenged in a referendum, which led to the referendum that then became necessary. Which fighter jets were to be purchased was, it was said, still being evaluated. Under discussion were the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet from Boeing in the USA, the F-35A from Lockheed Martin in the USA, the Rafale B from Dassault in France, the Eurofighter from Airbus, BAE-Systems and Leonardo, produced in Germany, Great Britain, Spain and Italy, and finally the Gripen E from Saab in Sweden.	Man darf zweifeln. Gegen den Bundesbeschluss der beiden Schweizer Parlamentskammern vom 20. Dezember 2019, für den Kauf neuer Kampfjets für die Schweizer Armee als Budget 6 Milliarden Schweizer Franken zu bewilligen, wurde erfolgreich das Referendum ergriffen, worauf es zu der dann notwendig gewordenen Volksabstimmung kam. Welche Kampfjets gekauft werden sollten, war, wie es hiess, immer noch in der Evaluation. Zur Diskussion standen F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet von Boeing in den USA, F-35A von Lockheed Martin in den USA, Rafale B von Dassault in Frankreich, Eurofighter von Airbus, BAE-Systems und Leonardo, produziert in Deutschland, Grossbritannien, Spanien und Italien, und schliesslich Gripen E von Saab in Schweden.
The result of the referendum was one of the narrowest in Swiss history: 50.1% or 1,605,700 votes said yes to the purchase of new fighter jets, 49.9% or 1,597,030 votes said no. The difference was 8670 votes out of more than 3.2 million voters. But, according to the Swiss government at the time: "A vote is a vote.	Das Ergebnis der Volksabstimmung war eines der knappsten in der Geschichte der Schweiz: 50,1% oder 1'605'700 Stimmen sagten Ja zum Kauf neuer Kampfjets, 49,9% oder 1'597'030 Stimmen sagten Nein. Only after the vote did the DDPS announce that the evaluation had been completed and that the 'winner' of the evaluation was the F-35, the fighter jet that, unlike others, is also capable of transporting nuclear bombs – which is why it is also preferred by Germany. This in turn prompted the opponents of fighter jets to become active again, especially since the vote also took place on the very day of the start of the war in Armenia, on 27 September 2020, a war that showed in a very short time that nowadays it is not fighter jets that decide a war, but the quality and number of drones. Ausserdem wurde ruchbar, dass der Evaluationsentscheid pro F-35 intern schon vor der Abstimmung gefällt worden war, aber absichtlich noch nicht bekanntgegeben wurde, um jene Zweifler, die Kampfjets aus Europa noch akzeptieren mochten, einen Kauf eines US-Jets aber ablehnen würden, nicht noch zu einem Nein zu motivieren. Dabei muss man wissen, dass der Hersteller eines Kampfjets aufgrund der eingebauten Systeme jeden Jet per Knopfdruck aus der Ferne innerhalb Minuten grounden, also ausser Betrieb setzen kann.
And what was the pious Viola doing 'at the cooker'? In order to stifle these discussions, she signed the purchase contract with the USA and Lockheed Martin in a hurry, arguing that otherwise the price would go up. That took the issue off the table. And what has been learned from this story in Bern, the Swiss capital?	Und was hat man in Bern, der Schweizer Hauptstadt, aus dieser Geschichte gelernt?

Now, on the 21st of September 2023, the DDPS ministry put the following announcement on the official website of the Swiss executive. Literally:	Jetzt, am 21. September 2023, setzte das VBS-Ministerium folgende Mitteilung auf die offizielle Website der Schweizer Exekutive. Wörtlich:

The conclusion of this ITPP takes place within the framework of the Partnership for Peace (PfP) and contributes to the implementation of the Federal Council's intention to strengthen international cooperation in the area of security policy. Switzerland has participated in the Partnership for Peace (PfP) since 1996. The PfP is a programme for bilateral cooperation between NATO and individual partner states. It enables partner states such as Switzerland to pursue tailored cooperation with NATO in the area of security and defence policy. For Switzerland, the PfP is an instrument thanks to which it can cooperate with the states in its regional environment according to its needs and interests and contribute to stability and security in its surroundings. Participation in the PfP is compatible with Switzerland's neutrality.	Die Schweiz nimmt seit 1996 an der Partnerschaft für den Frieden (Partnership for Peace, PfP) teil. Die PfP ist ein Programm für die bilaterale Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Nato und den einzelnen Partnerstaaten. Sie ermöglicht Partnerstaaten wie der Schweiz, eine massgeschnei-derte Zusammenarbeit mit der Nato im Bereich der Sicherheits- und Verteidigungspolitik zu verfolgen. Cooperation between Switzerland and NATO in 2023 and 2024	Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Schweiz und der Nato 2023 und 2024
All cooperation between Switzerland and NATO takes place within the framework of the PfP. The Federal Council defines the thematic focal points and priorities of this cooperation, for the last time in March 2022. On this basis, Switzerland and NATO then draw up a non-legally binding document for two years entitled the 'Individually Tailored Partnership Programme' (ITPP). The ITPP for the period from 2023 to 2024 was recently completed. It outlines the objectives of the cooperation. It sets out general objectives, such as the continuation of political dialogue, as well as more specific objectives, such as the development of cooperation in the areas of new technologies and innovation; resilience; women, peace and security (WPS); disarmament; non-proliferation; and cyber defence. Several goals concern the strengthening of interoperability, for example in the air force or communication systems. It is also planned to increase Switzerland's participation in NATO's Centres of Excellence and to second staff officers to NATO structures. With its military attack on Ukraine, Russia has destroyed the foundations for a rule-based peace order in Europe. Against this background, the ITPP contributes to the implementation of the Federal Council's intention to strengthen international cooperation in the field of security policy while maintaining neutrality (sic!), as stated in the Supplementary Report to the Security Policy Report 2021, which was adopted by the Federal Council on 7 September 2022." (End of the official message from the DDPS.)	Mit dem militärischen Angriff auf die Ukraine hat Russland die Grundlagen für eine regelbasierte Friedensordnung in Europa zerstört. Das ITPP trägt vor diesem Hintergrund zur Umsetzung der Absicht des Bundesrates bei, die internationale Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Sicherheitspolitik unter Wahrung der Neutralität (sic!) zu verstärken, wie dies im Zusatzbericht zum Sicherheits-politischen Bericht 2021 festgehalten ist, der vom Bundesrat am 7. And all this goes under the name 'Partnership for Peace'. Where and when has NATO already done something for peace?	Und das alles läuft unter dem Namen ‹Partnerschaft für den Frieden›. Wo und wann hat die NATO schon etwas für den Frieden geleistet?
Neutral Switzerland is striving for 'interoperability' with NATO!	Die neutrale Schweiz strebt ‹Interoperabilität› mit der NATO an!
The word 'interoperability' – known internationally as 'interoperability' – means nothing more than that an army can and should work closely with NATO. Or, to give a concrete example, exactly what NATO has been doing successfully with the Ukrainian army for years: same calibre of ammunition, same cadre levels in the officer corps, at least one common language (in Ukraine, for example, English), same communication systems, joint military manoeuvres, etc. In the French-language document on this DDPS decision, the word 'interopérabilité' appears ten times!	Das Wort ‹Interoperabilität› – international unter ‹Interoperability› bekannt – heisst nichts anderes, als dass eine Armee eng mit der NATO zusammenarbeiten kann und soll. Oder, um ein konkretes Beispiel zu nennen, genau das, was die NATO über Jahre erfolgreich mit der ukrainischen Armee betrieben hat: gleiche Kaliber bei der Munition, gleiche Kaderstufen im Offiziers-Korps, mindestens eine gemeinsame Sprache (in der Ukraine z.B. Englisch), gleiche Kommunikations-systeme, gemeinsame militärische Manöver, etc. etc. Im französischsprachigen Dokument zu dieser Entscheidung des VBS kommt das Wort ‹interopérabilité› zehn Mal vor!
And what does this have to do with our Swiss neutrality? Nothing, nothing at all. It is a living break with the historically grown neutrality. In other words, let us Swiss also pursue politics according to the guidelines of the USA! Horribile dictu! It is simply horrible!	Und was hat das mit unserer Schweizer Neutralität zu tun? Nichts, gar nichts. Es ist der gelebte Bruch mit der historisch gewachsenen Neutralität. Sprich: Lasst doch endlich auch uns Schweizer und Schweizerinnen nach den Vorgaben der USA Politik betreiben! Horribile dictu! Es ist einfach grauenhaft!
But what can we do against this anti-democratic and anti-neutrality policy of our Defence Minister?	Was aber können wir gegen diese demokratie- und neutralitätsfeindliche Politik unserer Verteidigungsministerin tun?

A quicker way would be to vote this lady out of office in the Federal Council elections on 13 December. But unfortunately there is no hope for that, especially since the party that brought her into the Federal Council, the so-called 'Die Mitte' – formerly the CVP, the 'Christian Democratic People's Party' – may even become the third strongest party in Switzerland in the parliamentary elections on 22 October, with perhaps even two instead of only one member in the seven-member Federal Council in future.	Schneller wirksam wäre die Abwahl dieser Dame anlässlich der Bundesratswahlen am kommenden 13. Dezember. Aber darauf besteht leider keine Hoffnung, zumal die Partei, die sie in den Bundesrat reingebracht hat, die sogenannte ‹Die Mitte› – früher die CVP, die ‹Christlichdemokra-tische Volkspartei› – bei den Parlamentswahlen am 22. Oktober vielleicht sogar zur drittstärksten Partei der Schweiz aufsteigt, mit künftig vielleicht sogar zwei statt bisher nur einem Mitglied im siebenköpfigen Bundesrat.
PS: By the way, where are the city and canton of Geneva, which will lose their international reputation as an ideal – because neutral! – neutral! negotiating venue in the shortest possible time? The ICRC is already in the process of cutting hundreds of jobs in Geneva …	PS: Wo sind übrigens die Stadt und der Kanton Genf, die durch diese NATO-affine Politik des gegenwärtigen Schweizer Bundesrates ihren internationalen Ruf als idealen – weil eben neutralen! – Verhandlungsplatz in kürzester Zeit verlieren werden? Schon jetzt ist das IKRK daran, in Genf Hunderte von Arbeitsplätzen abzubauen …

All this means, as I know the future, that at last thoughts must be nurtured in correct and valuable ways, such as that human beings come to the helm of government who 1. in their actions and in their thoughts are not partisan and throughout truly represent Switzerland in complete neutrality. 2. must not, and never must, flirt with an alliance in any wise with foreign powers, or even enter into any treaties which would in any way violate our Swiss neutrality. 3. rulers must never have the right to take and implement any decisions without the neutral consent of the people, because in Switzerland, as a completely neutral democracy, only in accordance with the will of the people may anything be determined and implemented, which also concerns the appointment of government officials, so without exception by the National Council, the Council of States and the Federal Council. If this is handled differently, then it corresponds to a dictatorial act, as when elsewhere the electorate of the population is influenced before a vote by propaganda with tracts and advertising material and thereby a vote is influenced in favour of a party or government office. Dies jedoch nur als Beispiel, denn es waren aber noch tiefere, die nicht aus Kalksandstein bestanden und in denen auch verschiedene kleine und auch grössere Lebewesen waren, auch solche, die in der Dauerdunkelheit leuchteten, wie aber auch Krebstiere und auch andere Wasserlebewesen, auch Bakterien usw., die in den Höhlen zu finden waren, in denen dauernd Wasser war, salziges und gar süsses zugleich, das übereinander war, aber sich nicht vermischte. Auch sah ich zusammen mit Sfath nicht nur im Brasilienurwald usw. alte Ruinen von vor Jahrtausenden existierten Städten, sondern solche auch in den Meeren, wie z.B. vor Japan, Amerika und Israel usw., wie aber auch untergegangene Inseln, wie z.B. vor Sizilien und im Indischen Ozean usw. Alles Dinge, welche die Erdlinge bis heute noch nicht entdeckt haben und einmal staunen werden, wenn es der Fall sein wird, dass das eine oder andere gefunden wird.

Und dies war mir mit Sfath möglich, ohne dass ich jemals mühsam die Berge besteigen musste. Das tat ich eigentlich nur einmal in meinem Leben, und zwar bei einer Schulreise, bei der wir im Bündnerland aufs Weissfluhjoch-Parsenn hinaufgingen. Das war etwa 2660 Meter über Meer und zwischen dem Schanfigg und dem Landwassertal des Prättigaus.

He came to the conclusion that the summits of at least three of 14 eight-thousanders have been positioned incorrectly so far – and that their record climbers were not at the top at all. Reinhold Messner and Hans Kammerlander were not really on Annapurna in 1985, but had turned around 65 metres before the finish. Messner had therefore not been on all the highest mountains in the world, his two records as first on all eight-thousanders and first on all eight-thousanders without oxygen were invalid. The vibrations caused by strong earthquakes can have quite catastrophic consequences, depending on the fracture process of the colliding and rubbing plates. If we consider the dependence of the type and magnitude of the fracture process or the friction between them when the earth's plates slide over each other, which is how I refer to the processes of earth plate displacement, then I find the process quite interesting. Earthquakes are actually caused by the fractures and displacements of the Earth or in its subsurface, which then causes the vibrations. This process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, so the earthquake tremors can be shorter or longer, as can also the intervals between one earthquake and the next. Earthquakes can even be felt in the sea, or so-called seaquakes, as I have also experienced several on ships when they came roaring up through the ship from deep below and caused tremors. Dieser Vorgang kann dann einige Sekunden bis zu mehreren Minuten dauern, folglich die Erdbebenerschütterungen kürzer oder länger dauern können, wie natürlich auch die Intervalle von einer Erderschütterung bis zur nächsten. Selbst im Meer sind Erdbeben spürbar, oder eben sogenannte Seebeben, wie ich mehrere auch auf Schiffen erlebt habe, wenn solche von tief unten röhrend durch das Schiff hochkamen und Erschütterungen hervorriefen.
As far as I know, the actual crust, mantle or crust of the Earth is the layer of the Earth that lies directly below the surface. The Earth's crust is the outer, solid layer of the Earth, but it extends to a depth of between 30 kilometres and, depending on the case, up to 70 kilometres. Daher, so erklärte er, ist dies auch die Ursache der Bewegung im Erdmantel – also dem Bereich von unterhalb der Erdkruste –, was sich bis zum Erdkern fortsetzt.
The Earth was formed much earlier than science claims, which assumes it was formed about 4.54 billion years ago, further claiming that it took about 150 million years or so for the liquid rock on the surface to solidify and form the first crust. Sfath, however, said that Earth as an actual planet was formed by 7.5 billion years ago. That is broadly what I have learnt and what I can deduct.
